HAJBA, Who are We?

The Howell Area Junior Baseball Association, HAJBA, has been around in some form for 50 years.

We are an all volunteer, parent led organization.

What does this mean, you may ask?

The HAJBA board is made up of parent volunteers that dedicate a lot of their time to ensure that the programs we support are as successful as possible.

We as a board meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.

HAJBA organizes youth T-ball, Softball and Baseball programs for kids ages 5 through 15.

We supported over 1100 kids in our spring and fall programs during 2011.

We are not “affiliated” with the “Parks and Rec.” department or any other department of the city or county.

The only “funding” that our organization receives is through player registration fees and business sponsorships.

Without these funding sources, we could not offer the programs we do.

HAJBA is also a registered 501c3 non profit organization.

In a nutshell, we are parents like you that volunteer a lot of our “free” time to ensure that the kids in our community have quality T-ball, Softball and Baseball programs to participate in.
