HIGHLANDER MISSION STATEMENT

To provide player development at a higher competitive level for Howell youth with a focus on community pride. 

We will strive to provide a competitive travel baseball organization featuring players from our own Community where possible. The Highlanders will play the highest level of competition wherever possible. We will work to help the youth develop baseball skills and fundamentals that will provide a basis for High School baseball and beyond. We will work to teach our youth more than just baseball. We want them to have a sense of community involvement and pride while teaching them to be responsible & respectable citizens. We will provide a family friendly organization that considers the life and schedule of our players and families.
